My Life as Real Estate Investor

The following photos perfectly describe my life over the past month as I have been rehabbing my condo.

As you can see it isn’t as glorious as they make it out to be in shows like, Flipping Out, Property Ladder, Flip This House, and Flip That House. There is a whole lot of dirty dishes, dinners on top of the un-installed dishwasher, caulk next to your toothpaste, and crap in your office. But they say the day is darkest before dawn, and we are almost through the worst of the mess.
