SAVE MONEY! SAVE ENERGY! WIN BIG!  Home Depot is sponsoring a video contest via Youtube, asking users to create a short video about how they are saving money by making energy efficient improvements to their house.

The grand prize is a $5000 Home Depot gift certificate, which we could certainly put to good use around here.  Lauren and I are working on a brilliant plan for our video, and hope to use our combined 8 years of schooling in video production to work!  By the look of it so far this year we don’t have a whole lot of competition, but check out a few videos from the previous contest, it looks like if we want to win we need to learn how to RAP!
