Well They got back to us and its not what I was hoping for, but exactly as I expected.

The counter offer was a mere 1.5k less than the asking price, and to top it all off they want a full 5k in earnest money as apposed to the 1k which is traditional.  So, a decision has to be made, do we play ball, and do the back and forth game? Or do I go straight for the throat… make my final offer and say meet it or I move on…. What to do, what to do…
